We were pleased to have our booth set up at the Kerby Center Expo 2022. We met lots of new people and had a great time showing off our photo collection of our kids in Haiti. We were raising fund to sponsor Christmas dinner for neighborhood orphans.
So exciting. Our offer to buy two acres of land on Highway 3 just on the way out of Pignon was accepted. We are off to a great start to build a permanent home for our eight young girls.
It was time for a refresh on our old name that had roots in the centennial year Hygge Foundation was accepted as our theme moving forward. Hygge, pronouced ˈho͝oɡə is a Danish word meaning a mood of coziness and comfortable The foundation provides us with plenty of feelings of wellness and contentment.
